As part of our ongoing focus on employee wellbeing, we welcomed the brilliant digital detox guru Tanya Goodin FRSA to our London HQ.
Tanya shared her top tips for improving mood, increasing attention span and focusing on our mental health by reducing our dependence on technology. Giving ourselves the time to stop, reflect and learn about how some small changes can have a big impact on positive mental health, wellbeing and productivity, has been invaluable.
