Mental Health Awareness Week at Grosvenor
Category: Disability (Learning/Mental/Physical)
In the UK, we're drawing close to the end of Mental Health Awareness Week seeking to break the stigma around mental ill-health.
Our colleagues were treated to workshops from Anita Cleare, Dr Julie Smith and Stretching the City covering the many different aspects of mental health and wellbeing - from child psychology to neurodiversity.

We also hosted a number of different social events aiming to tackle this year's theme of loneliness. Our events included 'Bring your dog to work day', an employee mixer hosted by our Culture Network and a night out with our LGBTQ+ network, Pride@Grosvenor.

Although the week is nearly over, taking care of your mental health and wellbeing is important every day. We offer a number of employee services and resources available to colleagues year-round as well as a brilliant team of mental health first aiders.
