We're seeking a future team member for the role of Wellbeing Associate to join our People Team. This role is located in Manchester - hybrid.

Responsibilities:

Working within the global People Rewards function, the Wellbeing Associate will lead on developing and executing the EMEA strategy, focussing on physical and psychological wellbeing. The strategy aligns to global objectives and should include evidence-based intervention programs to reduce local health risks and drive engagement.

Program management

  • Lead local vendor relationships (including onsite medical services, occupational health, health screens, fitness, wellbeing support programs)

  • Ensure strategic development of programs to provide relevance to local health risks, trends and adherence to local legal requirements

  • Lead a global program, liaising with regional partners to ensure program development evolves based on organisational needs and market data trends (e.g. resilience program, early careers wellbeing program)

  • Partner with and advise local stakeholders on wellbeing needs and best practices

  • Develop proposals for new or enhanced market leading programs

Data analysis

  • Monitor program participation to ensure optimal ROI and cost effectiveness

  • Develop and maintain regional data dashboards to demonstrate program impact

Employee Engagement

  • Partner on communications content to drive local engagement and support culture of wellbeing

  • Collaborate with local stakeholders including Benefits, Belonging and Inclusion, People Team Business Partners


Project Management

  • Project management - focused on delivery of complex and/or cross-regional initiatives

  • Partner with relevant stakeholders to deliver wellbeing aspects of regional capital projects

  • Drive quarterly calendar of programs / events

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Vendor management experience

  • Budget management experience

  • Experience in writing marketing content

  • Ability to work under pressure, with multiple stakeholders and to tight deadlines

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential issues, requiring tact and diplomacy

  • Confident, assertive but approachable and positive

  • Strong sense of personal wellbeing

  • Passion for integration to corporate culture
