Help get better trained people to the front line faster
Your role will be to deliver high quality training support (demonstration/role play/simulator control/equipment support and maintenance) to specific courses assigned to use the appropriate equipment.
This role would be ideally suited to someone who has a interest in gaming (not essential)
The role will be based onsite at HMS Raleigh, Torpoint - there will be a need to work 4pm to 10pm (backshift) 4 weeks out of 16 each term - backshift Is Monday to Thursday.

Job Description:🕒 Full-time role, 37.5 hours a week - 2 year Fixed-term contract
📍 HMS Raleigh - Torpoint
🔐 Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.
What you'll be doing:- Working as part of a team supporting instructors with simulator training
- Setting up the simulator training
- Briefing the students on what needs done
- Altering any simulator courses (increase/decrease speed/depth etc)
- Operating the simulators
What we're looking for:- Good IT Skills - MS Office with the ability to understand and navigate new technologies
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Any experience within Royal Navy would be beneficial.
- Must be able to be cleared to UK SC Level
- Adaptable to change
- Ability to 4pm to 10pm 3 or 4 weeks every term (16 weeks)
