Flexible working at Capita

We fully support both flexible working and hybrid working at Capita, so that you can find an arrangement that works for you. You can request flexible working arrangements including changes in hours, working compressed hours, changing your working pattern, location or asking to job share. You can also work from home, in an office, or any appropriate location, and will have access to an assigned Capita office and hot desk as needed.

We have a network group called Working Together Apart with approximately 4,000 members. This provides a collaborative space online for people to share experiences, advice and tips on how to stay connected when working remotely. We also provide guidance on flexible working through our New Ways of Working toolkit to help support colleagues to make the changes they need and to find the right balance.
