Diversity & Inclusion

We’re developing an inclusive culture that reflects the diversity of our clients, their customers and the communities in which we work. By doing this, we invite fresh perspectives, promote better teamwork and build a fair and inclusive environment for everyone to work in.

We’re developing a range of employee networks which will represent every strand of diversity and which will provide a place for people to connect and learn from each other. These include the Wellbeing Network, the Gender Equality Network, the Family Network, the Disability Network, Rainbow Alliance (LGBTQ+), Embrace (Race and Ethnicity) and the Multi-Faith network. We also mark a range of events in the calendar to support inclusion, from Black History Month to Pride. We’re supporting the British Military in a range of ways, from flexible working options to help with retraining, and increasing female representation through the 30% club, which offers women’s senior leadership mentoring. We’re also members of the Employers Network of Equality and Inclusion, the Business Disability Forum and Business in the Community.

We’re always willing to consider the option of home or flexible working for our employees. Right now, we’re piloting ways of working to extend what we mean by flexible. We want to explore how we support our teams to work differently, so that the focus is on the work they produce rather than on their presence in the office. As for wellness, we’re supporting our employees with their wellbeing and mental health, offering access to Employee Assistance Programmes and our wellbeing hub, as well as trained Mental Health First Aiders and Wellbeing Champions.
