Wellbeing is important to us

In order to achieve that we provide lots of support, including access to Employee Assistance Programmes, and our wellbeing hub, which give our people support with their mental, physical, social and financial wellbeing. We also have trained Mental Health First Aiders and Wellbeing Champions across the business to offer help and advice whenever and wherever it’s needed.
