Wellbeing is important to us
Our employees’ wellbeing and mental health is extremely important to us. We really want to create a happier, more productive workforce, which is vital to our success. In order to achieve that we provide lots of support, including access to Employee Assistance Programmes, and our wellbeing hub, which give our people support with their mental, physical, social and financial wellbeing. We also have trained Mental Health First Aiders and Wellbeing Champions across the business to offer help and advice whenever and wherever it’s needed.
We actively encourage each of our employees to spend one day each year volunteering in their local community. They can take one full day out, or the equivalent hours can be split across several weeks.
