Having written over $877m in gross written premium in 2023, we`ve achieved significant growth since our beginnings in 2021. Our investors were excited about the fact we were revolutionising the way a 333 year-old industry was working. What you will be working on

The role involves working closely with the Operations and Underwriting team across all Ki's classes of business to ensure we implement best practices in our processes and procedures.

You'll use your market knowledge and experience to offer guidance and technical training to our team of Underwriting Assistants, improving their skills and understanding of the business we write.

This role is pivotal in Ki's Data Quality Framework, which spans many functional areas. You'll work closely with Data Scientists, Engineers, and our development team to help design, build, and implement new tools and reporting. This is crucial to ensure the highest possible data standards for our business.
