We're looking for a Senior Project Manager who expects more from their career. It's a chance to lead the delivery of technical workstreams of the CRM programme from end-to-end, ensuring they are of the highest standards. It's an opportunity to work alongside the project sponsor, programme manager, vendor, system integrator, senior stakeholders and project teams in critical project activities while managing a multi-million pound budget.

Joining our programme team, you will manage dependencies across all internal and external stakeholders and track, prioritise and resolve issues and risks throughout the delivery process. You'll manage the plan, ensure stakeholder expectations are maintained, establish strong governance mechanisms and champion project management processes.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Working with business stakeholders, process, tech team, vendor and system integrator to develop a customized implementation plan for each business unit. Special focus on identifying ways to accelerate benefits to user groups and managing to tight timelines
  • Building project plans and monitoring them to ensure milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Identifying and implementing KPIs to gauge health of the workstreams from inception through to benefits realisation
  • Own scheduling and coordination of activities with stakeholders including the plan and actions
  • Risks, issues and dependencies management with timely escalation to Programme manager/SteerCo
  • Manage delivery of core build, integrations and migrations with multiple tech teams, SI and process team
  • Manage delivery of the data migration activities from CX to Salesforce
  • Driving collaboration between SI and dh teams, especially with technical teams (identifying which teams to involve where and unblocking issues)
  • Driving execution of project/workstreams across SI and dh teams
  • Establishing clear communication channels with stakeholders involved in the project
  • Managing transition to hypercare and BAU with clearly identified RACI
  • Identify and own specific logistics (e.g. permanent 'war room' through key phases of the programme)
  • Setting up collaboration tools (e.g. Teams site, iSite hubs etc) and project management tooling (Jira/Aha)
What we expect from you
  • Recognised Project Management Certification (eg Prince, PMP) preferred
  • Strong track record in delivering Salesforce CRM implementations with experience in Oracle CX to Salesforce migrations
  • Experience in driving data migrations especially with GDPR considerations desired
  • Experience in resolving conflicting priorities across multiple business units
  • Strong track record of delivering projects on time and to budget
  • Good knowledge of programme and project management tools and methodologies
  • Great collaboration with colleagues, senior stakeholders and suppliers
  • Strong end to end software deployment experience
  • Background in retail or media industry preferred but not essential
