dunnhumby celebrates International Women’s Day with 4th annual IWD awards event

Last week, dunnhumby celebrated International Women’s Day with our 4th annual IWD awards event - where our colleagues came together to discuss the important conversations around this year’s theme Inspiring Inclusion, as well as recognising and celebrating our IWD winners.

We were also luckily enough to host and hear from our exciting external speakers; Sophie Blinkhorn (Operations Director, Code First Girls) and Alex Farrel (Entrepreneur and CEO of Autometry).

Our IWD awards celebrate the amazing work of women, individuals and male allies across 4 categories; Resilience, Courage, Innovation and Allyship. Please join us congratulating our most recent winners of 2024 IWD awards: Julie Sharrocks, Anita Boyce, Banu Cavli, Aditi Sharma, Cinthya Quijano Ramos, Hannah Ardill and Vincent Diguet!

This event was hosted and organised by our own employee network dhGEN, who are committed to ‘Improving gender perceptions, reducing unconscious bias, advocating and collaborating with fellow D&I networks so that all dunnhumbians can bring their full selves to work'.
