Purpose of the Role
Working as a leader in the operations team, you would play a central part in ensuring our team deliver a high level of services to brokers and internal stakeholders. You will work closely with the Senior Operations Manager to identify further opportunities for automation and improved efficiency across all processes, assisting in their development and subsequent implementation. Within this role, you will also be responsible for managing and development of the Digital Underwriting Assistants.
You will be chiefly responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of the flow of work between Ki Operations and service providers to ensure issues are addressed in a timely and accurate manner. You will work to identify issues and implement appropriate action, helping to implement opportunities for streamlining, improving and automating across all operations. In addition to this, you will support in investigating and resolving any data quality issues, management of exception reporting in relation to underwriting data and acting as a point of expertise regarding core systems and data capture flows through to reporting.
Within this role you will manage a team of Digital Underwriting Assistants, assisting in the recruitment, selection and professional development of the team. This will include conducting performance reviews, managing escalations from the team, workflow management and providing training and support for the team.
If leadership, operations and process improvement are your passion, we`d love to hear from you. Experience in the Lloyds market would be highly advantageous, as well as sound knowledge of general, commercial insurance practices.
