Norfolk County FA's Inclusion Advisory Group is looking for new members.
Norfolk County FA is the not-for-profit Governing Body of football in Norfolk. Founded in 1881, we govern, regulate and develop grassroots football across the county, operating under the umbrella of The FA.
From our County Headquarters in Norwich, we oversee the local game and operate two Football Development Centres, The FDC and The FDC Open, which offer great value pitch hire and a range of services to grassroots clubs and the wider community.
We are proud to be a forward-thinking Association, with the development of Norfolk Football at the heart of everything we do.
We are looking to recruit a
dedicated and committed member to join Norfolk's Inclusion Advisory Group, focusing on
promoting inclusion and diversity in football.
Reporting directly to the
IAG Chair, the role will be responsible for:
- Acting as an ambassador for Norfolk FA in our football communities
- Supporting Community engagement, consultations, development programs, and disciplinary procedures
- Devising, monitoring and evaluating County FA secondary key performance indicators for inclusion and diversity
The successful candidate will be required to hold Safeguarding For All qualification, with
strong communicative and networking skills. They will also have experience in
working with diverse groups and backgrounds.
