Clinical Leader

Brighton Hospital | Nursing | Fixed Term | Full Time | Includes weekend work

Up to £41,000.00 per annum depending on experience

37.5 hours per week

As a Clinical Leader at our Brighton Hospital, you're registered with the appropriate governing body and you have the relevant qualifications and experience, including NMC. With excellent leadership skills, you hold post-registration experience in care of patients, pre and post operatively, in everything from Cardiac to Colorectal, Orthopaedic, ENT, Gynae and Urology.

As a Clinical Leader, you will:

• Support the Senior Sister/ Ward Manager in the efficient running of the ward

• Co-ordinate activity and be responsible for patient care and safety

• Be instrumental to the patient experience, ensuring seamless, personalised care

• Work well with consultants who are experts in their field

• Apply your knowledge and skills in assessment, care planning and delivery

• Champion a supportive, enabling working culture on the ward, promoting staff safety

We take pride in delivering high standards of patient care to both private patients and the NHS. Our facilities include 44 purpose built en-suite rooms, three operating theatres and an endoscopy theatre. Other facilities include physiotherapy, health screening, diagnostics and a dental suite. We are located in Woodingdean, on the east side of Brighton with easy access by rail and road, including free parking.
