Pride 2023 at Nuffield Health

This June we're proud to be joining our LGBTQ+ colleagues and communities as we celebrate Pride Month.

At Nuffield Health, we welcome everyone. That's why we are proud to support Pride 2023 and the LGBTQIA+ community, with diversity and inclusivity for all at the heart of all we stand for.

“Pride still is a protest. It’s been a difficult time the last couple of years, particularly in the UK and the stories about LGBTQ+ legislations we’ve seen in the media across the world. “We’re still in a place where revealing your sexuality is seen as a big thing but it really shouldn’t be something that we question anymore. The LGBTQ+ community are still fighting for equality and that’s what Pride Month is all about.” – Hope Reeves, Resource Planning Analyst 

Together, we have the power to build an inclusive space where all our people and beneficiaries feel accepted as their true selves, and everyone has an equal voice. We can only achieve this if we continue to listen to, learn from and share the experiences of others so we can better understand our differences and drive forward the opportunities that enable change.
