About the Role
In this opportunity as Implementation Consultant, you will:
  • Scope Project Requirements: Work collaboratively with customers to define project requirements, produce Statements of Work (SOWs), and document project details.
  • Solution Architecture and Design: Analyze and advise on solution architecture and design, ensuring alignment with customer use cases and goals.
  • Customer Engagement: Hold regular meetings with customers, outlining milestones, addressing challenges, and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product, support, customer success, and sales teams to optimize customer experience with our software.
  • Customer First Mindset: Adopt a customer-centric approach in all interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction is a top priority.

About You
You're a fit for the role of Implementation Consultant if your background includes:
  • Requirements Gathering: Proven experience in gathering architecture, functional, and design requirements.
  • Project Management in SaaS Environment: Solid understanding and experience in project management within a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.
  • User Experience and Journeys: Ability to map and define user experience and user journeys for effective solution implementation.
  • Front-End Web Development: Proficiency in front-end web development, including HTML, CSS, Javascript, and jQuery.
  • Analytics and Integrations: Familiarity with third-party analytics tools, integrations, and data migrations.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Experience in interacting and developing relationships at multiple levels, both internally and externally.
  • Legal Industry Expertise: Knowledge of legal industry trends and legal tech, with a keen understanding of MS Power Automate.
