What you`ll be doing

As Head of Technology Operations, you`ll be ensuring the effective support, maintenance and enhancement of the Brit Insurance Technology Applications, Infrastructure and Services in line with the organisation`s business requirements.

You`ll be responsible for vendor management and proactively managing relationships with third parties who provide our key infrastructure services. Working closely with all our customers, you`ll ensure that the Service Desk and End User Supports teams are providing high-quality customer service. Working with Senior Business Stakeholders, Project Delivery, Security, and Application Architecture you`ll maintain Brit`s Cloud Infrastructure (VMs, Databases, Networks, Firewalls, Disaster Recovery (DR), Security and Storage). On top of these responsibilities, you`ll also play a key part in application support, building, maintaining, and managing the team in order to support all relevant applications.
