We're seeking a future team member for the role of Governance Associate to join our Global Asset Safety team. This role is located in Manchester, Hybrid.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, reports, presentation materials and minutes to global asset safety-related governance committees and forums.


• Responsible for the maintenance of client asset safety-related accountability matrix, which outlines the roles and responsibilities of accountable / responsible individuals from lines of businesses across the globe


• Engage with other regional and functional regulatory and management reporting teams.


• Independently completes a wide range of administrative duties in support of the wider team.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Solid organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and therefore, manage priorities, establish, and meet deadlines.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Bachelor's degree preferred.


• Team player, with the ability to work independently at times, and to work across diverse regional and functional teams.


• Strong PC skills, proficient knowledge of relevant business software (Microsoft Office Suite).


• Knowledge of the FCA Client Asset Sourcebook (CASS) regulations and an understanding of the regulatory reporting environment an advantage.
