More about WTW

Our purpose, values and culture

Our values are what inspire us to transform our tomorrows. They inform how we work together, they create our unique culture and they empower us to achieve the best possible results – for one another and for our clients.

Visual Elements Background: A solid, light lavender-purple square that serves as the backdrop. Foreground Icon: A large, dark purple magnifying glass icon that is offset slightly to the bottom-left, overlapping the edges of the background square. Central Motif: Inside the lens area of the magnifying glass, there is a classic user profile silhouette consisting of a solid circle for the head and a rounded block for the shoulders. Colour Palette: The image uses a simple two-tone monochromatic purple palette, relying on the contrast between the deep violet foreground and the pastel lavender background.

Client focus

We are driven to help our clients succeed. In every interaction and with every solution, we act in our clients’ best interests.

Visual Elements Background: A solid, light mint-green or cyan square that acts as the backdrop. Foreground Icon: Two deep purple human silhouettes standing facing each other. The figure on the left is offset slightly, extending beyond the left edge of the background square. Central Motif: Both figures have one arm raised, meeting in the middle to perform a "high five" gesture, symbolising celebration, agreement, or partnership. Colour Palette: The image uses a high-contrast, two-tone colour scheme, pairing the dark purple of the figures against the pale, cool-toned background.

Teamwork

When you get one of us, you get all of us. We work across boundaries to help each other succeed and create more value together.

Visual Elements Background: A solid, light periwinkle-blue square that acts as the backdrop. Foreground Icon: A dark purple silhouette of a hand open upward, with a large heart shape hovering directly above the palm. The wrist of the hand extends slightly beyond the bottom-left corner of the background square. Central Motif: The combination of an open hand supporting or offering a heart symbolises themes of giving, protection, healthcare, or employee wellbeing. Colour Palette: True to the style of the previous images, this uses a high-contrast, two-tone colour scheme, placing the deep purple elements against a soft, pastel-toned background.

Integrity

We seek to earn our clients’ trust every day through professionalism, doing what is right and being honest.

Visual Elements Background: A solid, light grey square that serves as the backdrop. Foreground Icon: Two deep purple silhouettes of people shown from the shoulders up, positioned side-by-side. The figure on the left is offset slightly, extending past the left edge of the background square. Central Motif: Above each person's head is a large, rounded rectangular speech bubble with a pointed tail, symbolising a conversation, exchange of ideas, or discussion between two parties. Colour Palette: Keeping with the exact theme of the previous images, it utilizes a clean, two-tone colour scheme, placing the solid, dark purple icons against a neutral, soft grey background.

Respect

We listen to and learn from each other. We celebrate differences, foster an inclusive culture and operate with openness.

Visual Elements Background: A solid, light lavender-purple square that serves as the backdrop, matching the exact shade used in the first image. Foreground Icon: A large, deep purple silhouette of a classic trophy cup. The icon is offset slightly towards the bottom-left, with its handles and base extending past the edges of the background square. Central Motif: The trophy features two curved handles on either side, a flared base, and subtle negative space cutouts on the left side of the cup to simulate a reflective highlight or shine. Colour Palette: In line with the rest of the collection, it utilises a clean, high-contrast, two-tone colour scheme, placing the rich purple emblem against a soft, pastel-toned background.

Excellence

We strive to lead and sustain excellence with an unwavering commitment to professional development and personal growth for our people.

Inclusion and Diversity (I&D)

At WTW, we know that when our individual talents are combined, we unlock our collective potential and create an environment where everyone can be authentic, curious and bold. Building inclusive teams helps leverage our best thinking and make better decisions, be more creative, and improve our ability to help clients solve complex problems. We’re better together because each of us is different.

Inclusion and Diversity in Action

While an exhaustive account of all we do to support a culture of inclusion, belonging and diversity would be impossible, below we showcase a few notable examples.

Our commitment to having a more inclusive culture comes to life every day in everything we do because I&D is principal to our values and embedded in who we are as WTW.

Global and regional I&D councils

Comprised of representatives from our geographies, businesses, functions and leadership team, our global and regional I&D councils establish and set our approach to I&D. The councils define our areas of focus and prioritize efforts based on those that will have greatest impact. These councils have the support of those at the highest levels of our company, including CEO, Carl Hess, and Chief Human Resources Officer, Kristy Banas, who co-sponsor our global I&D council.

Our inclusion networks

Our inclusion networks, which are open to all colleagues, support, partner with, and co-create with our regional and global I&D councils to help us better connect with each other and foster a more inclusive culture.

Each inclusion network has two sponsors — either at a global and/or local level — who advocate for and advance the mission of the network.
