What you`ll be doing

As Engineering Technology Lead, you will participate in the innovation and delivery of technology and software solutions that support Brit`s business objectives.

You`ll will be working with product owners, scrum master's and very driven Agile teams to identify and improve tools, systems and platforms that enhance Brit`s ability to create solutions and services for our customers. This role will translate business needs and functional designs into functioning software or technology designs and deliver/develop common foundation architecture components that conform to known successful patterns, and that support evolution toward the future-state architecture.

In this role you`ll combine your experience in backend software engineering (we use Python and C#) with the ability to support, coach and inspire those around you in order to create a positive and collaborative engineering environment. As an experienced member of the team, you will be someone that both team members and managers of other teams turn to for advice and guidance.
