People Advisory Services (PAS) harnesses the collective power of our Human Capital capability in an integrated sub-service line. With an enhanced set of joint people capabilities, we provide our clients with an effective and efficient set of integrated services and offerings solving their most pertinent people-related business challenges.

PAS is broad and represents capabilities and offerings that support our client's transformational and transactional agendas, management of evolving workforces, changing role of HR in support of business strategy and the strategic deployment of talent.

The opportunity

In order to drive forward the growth of PAS we are seeking Change Consultants and Senior Consultants with existing DV clearance and relevant expertise to support the growth of the team and successfully deliver client assignments, broadly covering the following areas: HR Transformation, Organisational Design and/or Learning.

Skills and attributes for success
  • Be professional, quickly establishing personal credibility and demonstrating expertise
  • Have strong personal impact and resilience, and be able to influence and persuade clients and stakeholders to gain support for major changes and key decisions
  • Take a practical approach to solving issues and gaining client agreement
  • Be able to analyse complex problems and to deliver insightful, practical and sustainable solutions.
  • Be skilled in facilitating and encouraging collaboration amongst team members, and is capable of motivating teams to maximise performance
  • Be confident and effective in recognising and managing potential issues during client assignments
To qualify for the role you must have
  • Proven experience in one or more of the following: process design, HR Transformation, project management, organisational design, policy harmonisation, HR tools and technology optimisation, change management
  • Experienced management consultant/HR professional with relevant experience in advising clients on large scale HR programmes and change projects
  • Existing valid DV Clearance
  • Proven track record of delivering HR related projects
  • Demonstrated track record of building client relationships
Ideally, you'll also have
  • A primary degree and any post graduate degrees and professional qualifications are desirable but not critical e.g. CIPD
  • Experience of working on projects gained working within a professional services firm, global consultancy firm and/or large private and/or public sector organisations
