The Marketing Technology Director's leadership is instrumental in guiding the team, managing budgets, and staying abreast of industry trends, ultimately contributing to the organisation's competitive edge in the ever-evolving landscape of marketing technology.

Key Responsibilities

Summary of your day-to-day?
Oversee the day-to-day operations of consumer engagement technologies (e.g., Eloqua) to ensure seamless marketing execution and select, evaluate, implement, and manage marketing technology stack, providing technical expertise and support for marketing tools and platforms. You will also •Integrate marketing technologies to current ecosystem, ensuring adequate data flows, workflows and consistency across systems whilst collaborating with IT, Audience Data and marketing teams to ensure the right technologies are in place to support best-in-class execution.

Minimum qualifications
•Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, data analytics tools, and other relevant marketing technologies.
•Proven experience in marketing technology roles, with a focus on strategy and implementation, managing large teams and building capability.
•In-depth understanding of B2B marketing principles, B2B SaaS, buyer journeys, and the ability to align technology solutions with the unique needs of B2B audiences.
•Cross functional experience at strategic enterprise management of marketing technology (e.g., Web Analytics, Tag Management, Customer Data Platform, Marketing Automation, Customer Relationship Management, Content Marketing, B2B E-commerce, Social Media Tools)
