Sage Foundation supports tens of thousands of people in our local communities through more than 1,000 charities. All colleagues are invited to take five paid days a year to volunteer or fundraise for a charity close to their hearts.

Sitting at the heart of Sage and led by CEO Steve Hare, Sage Foundation unifies colleagues and partners in a global programme of social change philanthropy, transforming lives to support economic stability and social equality.

All colleagues across our global markets are encouraged to dedicate five paid days a year to charities close to their hearts, through voluntary work and fundraising challenges.

Vision and Mission

Sage Impact Report 2020: five years of making a difference

2020 marked the fifth year of doing good in our local community and in that time we have given 110,000 working days to local communities across 22 markets. Throughout 2020 we have continued to raise money towards our fundraising target of $2million by 2022 and as we have all adjusted to a new home working routine, it has been great to see continued commitment and passion for fundraising and volunteering activities, and the dedication to supporting our customers, communities and each other.

Sage Foundation programmes

Sage Foundation runs a number of programmes, both fundraising and educational, ranging from raising money to support the homeless, helping those affected by the Australian bushfires and supporting charities providing aid during the Covid-19 pandemic.
