Up to £45,000.00 per annum depending on experience

37.5 hours per week

As a Deputy Ward Manager/ Ward Sister at our Oxford Hospital, you're a qualified RGN with NMC registration and a mentorship qualification. You've already worked as a Junior Sister / Charge Nurse or Ward Manager. Either way, you hold considerable nursing management experience and you're organised, highly motivated and engaged.

As a Deputy Ward Manager/ Ward Sister, you will:

• Manage the day to day running of our ward department

• Lead a team of highly qualified nurses

• Ensure we deliver excellent patient care

• Use your existing knowledge to help shape a superior patient experience
