Customer Services Advisor (Maternity Cover)

Taunton Hospital | Sales and Business Development | Fixed Term | Full Time

Up to £23,419.50 per annum depending on experience

37.5 hours per week

Our Enquiries Department currently have an opportunity for a Customer Services Advisor. Continue your journey with us whilst we'll support you to be your best.

As a Customer Services Advisor, you will:

• Communicate face to face and via telephone to assist patients with their enquiries providing a friendly and efficient service.

• Use Salesforce CRM to manage patient enquiries.

• Use electronic patient record system to make appointment bookings and amendments.

• Support events within the local community.

As a Customer Services Advisor, you will have:

• be confident.

• Have good GDPR understanding.

• Good IT skills.

12 months secondment.
