Up to £23,419.50 per annum depending on experience

37.5 hours per week

Shifts available:

37.5hrs Night shift 20.00 - 0400 Sunday to Thursday only

Nuffield Health is looking to recruit an experienced enthusiastic and motivated Sterile Services Technicians to join the Team in HSSU. This position will be to assist in the preparation of sterile and/or disinfected medical devices, under controlled conditions, to meet customer requirements.

These positions will be to assist in the preparation of sterile and/or disinfected medical devices, under controlled conditions, to meet customer requirements. It will be important to maintain a clean and tidy working environment whilst checking medical devices for cleanliness, functionality and damage, and taking action to rectify any problems and escalating issues where necessary. Successful candidates will ensure that process equipment and accessories are in full working order and that all faults and anomalies are reported. With good organisational skills, post holders will be required to maintain accurate records / documentation in accordance with statutory and organisational policies and procedures.

As a Process Technician, you will have:

• A basic standard of general education with proven literacy and numeracy.

• Experience in Sterile Services.

• Good communication skills, verbal and written, and basic computer literacy.

• Attention to detail and an overarching desire to deliver a high quality service.

• To be able to handle manual handling duties up to 13kg.
