The Role

Join our Inpatient Unit team on a 12-month fixed-term contract as a Ward Clerk and play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our hospice. As the first point of contact for patients, families, visitors and healthcare professionals, you'll combine excellent customer service with strong administrative skills to ensure a welcoming, efficient and compassionate service. Working closely with the clinical team, you'll help coordinate essential administrative processes, support patient care behind the scenes and contribute to delivering the best possible experience for those receiving palliative and end of life care.

Our charity shops are an essential part of making that mission a reality. With over 20 vibrant stores across Barnet, Enfield, Haringey, Camden & Islington - and more shops opening as we continue to grow - our Retail team plays a pivotal role in raising around a third of our £16.6 million annual operating costs. This vital income directly funds the specialist palliative and wellbeing services we provide, while our shops also champion sustainability by giving preloved items a new life.
