We recognise the importance of drawing senior-level hires from the widest possible pool of applicants. In January, we set new equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) reporting requirements for all our search agencies.
This data will inform our strategy for attracting more diverse candidates for all of our roles, including female candidates for senior roles.
