Graduate Programmes at Skanska
If you have a degree and you're ready to start out on your career journey, Skanska will support you every step of the way, with a challenging – and rewarding – programme of professional development. Our graduate opportunities are intended for people with a bachelor’s or master’s degree who are looking to specialise in a particular profession.
As a Skanska graduate, you will benefit from a network and professional support group on our two-year development programme.
You’ll also be given training and development that’s unique to Skanska, so you can really gain a thorough understanding of our approach and expectations.
