Fll time, Temporary - 37.5 Hors per week

1 Month Contract

£116.96 PAYE / £15. mbrella daily

Essex Conty Concil (ECC) are delighted to be spporting Harlow Concil to recrit a temporary Technical Spport Officer on a 1-month contract,

Please note that this post reqires the sccessfl individal to be based on site 4 days per week.

Harlow Concil looks after nearly 9, homes and ,5 leasehold properties. Its jorney of transformation in the past few years has been remarkable.

As part of the sccessfl ongoing investment and commitment to improving or homes for tenants and leaseholders Harlow Concil's Hosing Property Service department has a vacancy for a Technical Spport Officer.

This is a fll-time position working with a relatively small team based at Mead Park.

As a Technical Spport Officer, yo will be responsible for:

Dealing with Asset Management providing spport to tenants, internal and external colleages.

Helping coordinate stock condition srveys/Energy Performance Srveys

Dealing with enqiries and providing a written/oral response as reqired

ndertaking general administration e.g. minte taking, preparing reports, spporting hosing analysts, and detailed record keeping.

Help with ser training and facilitate access to databases

Dealing with tenants/leaseholders daily

Spport the department in responsibilities relating to Asset Management

Applicants shold have a backgrond in hosing administration and providing technical spport to Hosing asset management and compliance teams.

nderstand the relationship between capital and revene bdgets within a repairs and capital investment environment.

Knowledge of Health and Safety relating to technical isses within hosing repairs.

Yo mst have achieved a good level of nmeracy and literacy.
