The Supply Chain Development Manager is a brand new role at Gousto that will report to the Head of Supply Chain Development and be part of our exciting new supply chain development team that's prime focus will be on building new supply chain capabilities to help us scale our business and ensure our Supply Chain can support some really exciting proposition changes.

Gousto's ambition is to be the nation's most loved way to eat dinner, underpinning that ambition we want a world-class and incredibly agile Supply Chain. You will have a strong blend of supply chain and consultancy experience and will be a highly analytical, deep thinking Supply Chain SME. With your analysis toolkit, you will be an expert in problem-solving using typical techniques commonly applied by large management consultancies.

It will be important you can break complex problems into bite-size easy to understand solutions and willing to get right under the bonnet of all things Supply Chain and Operations and always be curious to learn more. A key focus on delivery will be key, not just for you but your Supply Chain Development team to ensure we are successful in creating a world's best Supply Chain function to meet out extreme growth plans.
