Salary: £25,500 per annum
Hours: Full-Time - 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Smart DCC are on a mission for smarter energy by connecting homes and businesses to a secure network for digital smart meters. This network, and the data stored within it, wants to allow easier and quicker switching for consumers across the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing team and support with all SharePoint related activity. You will have a focus on access management and contribute to core activities including user management, site administration, migration support and Azure AD administration.

Job Description: What will you deliver? - Deliver outstanding customer service standards by answering all queries promptly, remaining approachable, courteous and professional at all times.
- Proactively manage customers' expectations through either resolution or by updating them on progress of their outstanding incidents/requests.
- Respond to calls placed via a variety of media.
- Be an expert in relevant Work Instructions and processes to ensure consistent delivery of service standards.
- Contribute expertise to DCC when new processes are being designed and introduced that include use of SharePoint.
- Perform regular checks of all tenants / domains to ensure their ongoing availability.
- User management of DCC and external accounts, including the creation, amendment and deletion of accounts from Azure Active Directory as well as password resets when requested.
- Support the DCC Joiners, Movers and Leavers process, setting up new accounts with appropriate access as necessary, changing access for staff moving posts within DCC, and removing access for people leaving the organisation.
- Liaison with Service Provider PMOs to ensure the accuracy of user accounts in relation to their own JML processes.
- Facilitate and support DCC Testing activities involving SharePoint. • Creation and configuration of new SharePoint Sites.
- Provide secure access management of DCC SharePoint, liaising with site owners and Service Provider PMOs where necessary for access approval.
- Support of SharePoint migration activities, including supporting user mapping and new site configuration.

Who are we looking for? - Good understanding of SharePoint
- Strong MS Office knowledge
- Previous experience of working with Azure Activity Directory
