In our team you will:

• Gain exposure to diverse industries and advanced security architectures, as you lead sophisticated simulated cyber-attacks against our globally renowned clients, employing the very latest threat actor tools and techniques.
  
• Work closely with top-tier security experts in our threat intelligence and incident response teams, strengthening your already strong offensive security skills and pushing the boundaries of cybersecurity innovation.
  
• Engage in ongoing training, certification, and conferences to stay at the forefront of the cyber security landscape, equipped with the latest tools and methodologies.
  
• Contribute to enhancing the cybersecurity resilience of some of the world's largest organisations, leaving a lasting impact on their security.
  

As a Red Team Lead you will:

• Lead and execute Red Team / Purple Team / Simulated Attack engagements.
  
• Manage the safe, compliant, and effective technical delivery of testing for across sectors and clients.
  
• Provide expert SME input for clients, scoping new simulated attack projects and developing our service offering.
  
• Cultivate the technical skills of more junior colleagues, contributing to the technical capability development of our tools and systems for delivery of simulated attack exercises.
  

Qualifications

The following skills and experience are essential for this role:

• Red Team / Simulated Attack testing experience; leading multi-month red team assessments with a small supporting team of testers and contributing specialists.
  
• Experience overseeing or providing SME support into multiple simultaneous red team assessments delivered by other testers.
  

Set yourself apart:

• CREST Certified Simulated Attack Specialist (CCSAS) (including valid CREST CCT-INF certification).
  
• Knowledge and prior experience of delivering CBEST, TIBER, iCAST or similar assessments.
  
• Experience of leading and managing teams of security professionals.
  
• Experience in blue team, purple team or defensive security roles.
  
• Demonstrable experience in uplifting team technical capability and developing and releasing red team related tooling.
  
• You will be expected to take part in client pitches and business development where appropriate - although this role does not carry a sales target).
