Amazon is seeking a Programme Manager based in London (LHR16) working in the EU Global Speciality Fulfilment (GSF) business serving our European network (EU5). GSF in the EU is made up of Fresh, Prime Now, 3P, Treasure Truck and Pantry.

Job Description
The EU GSF Ops Integration, Strategy and Optimisation team is seeking a talented, solution-orientated, Programme Manager who can lead a PMO function for new projects and initiatives, owning the prioritisation and tracking of multiple, complex workstreams across the EU5. The right candidate will engage with all business stakeholders to manage an accurate picture of the operations programme roadmap, ensuring GSF project teams have sight of programme deliverables. You will also be the owner of the new project intake process and live project backlog.

- Proactively seek, clarify, and understand information from end users and stakeholders to ensure SMART deliverables in the backlog
- Work with project teams and ensure that all strategic projects are progressing and delivering agreed results on time across various locations and time zones
- Drive adoption of PMO regional metrics/KPIs creation, tracking, reporting and executive presentation at business reviews
- Provide project management and direction to ensure the PMs have a clear understanding of timelines, risks, escalation path
- Build a repository of PMO processes and standards that are critical to successful intake and tracking of projects

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or any related field from an accredited institution.
• Extensive Project Management Office (PMO) experience.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, working with ambiguity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proven skills in developing processes to manage and prioritise multiple, complex workstreams in order to steer strategic decisions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- User of Excel and SQL
- Use of full MS suite inc MS Project and Visio
