Capita's Configuration team are seeking a Pensions Implementation Analyst to join our dynamic home-based team. As a key player in our Implementation Department, you'll be responsible for implementing top-tier pension administration solutions for both new and existing clients.

Job Description:As a Implementation Analyst you will configure pension administration systems, ensuring they align with client-specific rules and regulations .
What you'll be doing: - Analysing calculation requirements.
- Undertaking system configuration, data analysis, and testing.
- Uploading and downloading system data.
- Collating and combining scheme and data information from various sources.
- Supporting the production of requirement documentation.
- Participating in client meetings and project status calls.
- Liaising with clients, third parties and Capita departments.
What we're looking for: - MS Excel - advanced level of skills
- Experience within pensions, with good knowledge of Defined Benefit Pension Schemes and the ability to interpret scheme rules.
- Ability to perform manual calculations.
- Experience with pensions and/or employee benefits administration processes/software.
- Experience of handling sensitive client data/data Management
- Project Management/Experience of working in a project environment
- Analytical approach to problem resolution and a good team player
- Effective and persuasive in both written and oral communications.
