Job summary- PatientCo-Ordinator within our Medical Administration Team at Stennack Surgery StIves, Cornwall.

Main duties of the job- Act as thefirst port of call for patients contacting us in person, online, and via thetelephone.
- Manage high volumetelephone and online enquiries in a calm, organised, and friendly manner.
- Provideclear, accurate information and support in a fast pacedbusy environment.
- Handleconfidential and sensitive information in line with GDPR
- Remain calm,empathetic, and solution focused during challenging or emotional conversations
- Perform administrativeIT duties, including appointment booking, updating patient records, processingprescription requests
