About the Role We are seeking a Digital Product Manager to define and deliver the strategy for a portfolio of digital platforms, services, and solutions that create customer value and support sustainable business growth. In this role, you will shape the direction of key products, ensuring they respond to evolving customer needs while contributing to wider organisational objectives. Building strong relationships across the organisation, you will work with stakeholders at all levels to create alignment around product strategy and ensure successful delivery of key initiatives.
As a member of the Digital Product team, you will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and innovation. You will support the development of colleagues, share knowledge and best practice, and help strengthen product management capability across the function.
