Salary: Unqualified- £32,753.97 - £34,306.88 Full Time per annum

Qualified- £36,058.84 - £45,524.92 Full Time/per annum

Unqualified- £13,101.59 - £13,722.75 pro rata per annum

Qualified- £14,423.54 - £18,209.97 pro rata per annum

Qualified teacherrate: To attract the qualified teacher rate of pay, applicants should holda recognised full FE teaching qualification, such as DiT,PGCE/PGCE FE, Cert Ed, or equivalent. Applicants without a full FE teachingqualification are still welcome to apply and, if appointed, will be supportedto work towards one.

We are now seeking adynamic and committed individual to join our team and contribute to thedelivery of counselling programmes at Levels 2, 3 and 4.

This role involvesteaching and assessing counselling qualifications at Levels 2, 3 and 4,inspiring learners from diverse backgrounds and supporting the development ofprofessional skills, values and reflective practice. You will contribute to thegrowth of an ambitious counselling provision and work collaboratively tomaintain high standards of teaching, learning and assessment.

The ideal candidate willhave qualifications and experience in counselling, hold a relevant teachingqualification (or a willingness to work towards one), and demonstrate a strongcommitment to learner progression, inclusive practice and professional standards.You will bring energy, empathy and enthusiasm to the classroom.
