South Staffordshire College is looking to employ adynamic, energetic, and enthusiasticpart time Learning Support Assistant. This isan excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join our team toprovide high quality support for young people andadults who have an Education, Health and Care Plan or a specificlearning difference or disability.

Thesuccessful candidate should be able to work effectively and imaginatively toprovide first class support for students, that help them embrace theirdifferences and develop independence through supportive strategies to achievetheir career aspirations.

You will be a strong team player with areal desire to help young people and adults. Previous experience working in arange of settings supporting young people or adults with learning differencesand or disabilities, knowledge of SEND and the Education, Health and Careprocess will be an advantage.
