As Client Executive you will support the AIG relationship with major external clients in relation to warranty service programmes.. Working with the Client Manager to optimise account performance, operational efficiency and Regulatory Compliance. Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure accounts operate to their maximum potential and fully in compliance with AIG processes and procedures.
Accountabilities for the role:
Provide support for client facing activity and help to develop the client to their optimum potential. Take the lead on some smaller accounts
Monitor clients & business partners and ensure they comply with AIG policies
Analyse client financial data and ensure bookings and other adjustments are completed on time and accurately
Comply with all legal, compliance and risk management responsibilities
Work within agreed decision making standards, limitations and authorities
Experience & Qualifications Required:
Experience in Extended Warranty programmes inc Central Heating/ Boiler, mobile phone/Gadget programmes as well as in project management and managing client relationships.
Good communication and numeracy skills, both written and oral.
Good self-direction and initiative.
Organised and thorough with the ability to prioritise accordingly.
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint application knowledge
