Experience in applying Scrum practices.
Experience in delivering agile multiple projects, including the management of resources, budget, risks and planning.
Experience as an agile consultant, promoting the value of agile software delivery.
Experience in coaching and mentoring team members and product owners
Experience in the delivery of digital/web based development projects
Experience in consulting on continuous delivery/ dev ops planning of test and deployment practices
Experience in acceleration the development change and development the continuous delivery/ DevOps Team
Experience in supporting and coaching continuous delivery / dev ops teams in new ways of working
Technically aware of all elements of the delivery process from discovery to production deployment
An understanding of the different drivers and needs of customers and partners
An understanding of automated testing frameworks and techniques
