Leading with… Influence is the first course in a dynamic series for new and aspiring managers or people influencers. Running from 9:30 - 16:30, this course lays the groundwork for future leadership development.
Through interactive discussions and knowledge sharing, you will explore:

• Managers vs. people influencers: Understanding the key qualities and impact of each role.
• Building trust: Learn the importance of trust in relationships, including the Emotional Bank Account and the Wheel of Trust.
• Leadership styles: Explore the strengths and weaknesses of various

• Empathy: Understand when and why empathy is crucial for effective
  leadership.
• Emotional intelligence: Learn to navigate difficult conversations using EQ.

• Motivating your team: Unlock 8 strategies for boosting team motivation.
• Growth mindset: Understand the concept and see real-life examples of its

  coaching, mentoring, and management, and learn how coaching can be
  integrated into your leadership style.
• Master the GROW model: Learn the proven GROW coaching framework,
