PRISM Network at Sanctuary

PRISM is Sanctuary’s network for colleagues who identify as diverse in sexual orientation, gender identity or sex, plus their allies.

PRISM is an acronym for Pride, Respect, Inclusion, Support and Motivation - values the network hopes to uphold in its work.

The network plays a key role supporting Sanctuary in its goal to become a more inclusive workplace, and well as providing peer-to-peer support amongst employees and organising events to raise awareness and help embed a wider culture of inclusivity.

These include everything from coffee mornings and informal lunchtime drop-in sessions to webinars, toolbox talks and organisation-wide celebrations marking occasions such as Pride Month and LGBT+ History Month.

The network is led by a dedicated committee who meet every month and members are welcome from right across our organisation.
