• Promote awareness and understanding of neurodiversity and neurodivergent people

What we are doing

This is a multi-year programme within Thales to understand and embrace neurodiversity in the company culture. Workstreams include:

• Education – raising awareness of what is neurodiversity and improving understanding and acceptance
• Recruitment  - attracting and recruiting neurodivergent candidates
• Retention – valuing and accommodating all forms of neurodiversity in the workplace
• Outreach – learning from others and sharing our best practice
