Gender Balance at Grosvenor
We are proud to champion the inclusion and advancement of all our people. Women have been historically underrepresented in our industry, especially at senior levels, and we continue to make significant progress on gender diversity across our organisation.
At Grosvenor Property UK, nearly 50% of our senior leaders are women, including seven of the eight members of GPUK’s Executive Team, and half of the Non-Executive Team are female, including the Chair. We listen to our colleagues and seek to support them wherever we can. For example, in response to employee feedback, GPUK has both internal coaching and external mentoring opportunities for women, and offers generous family-friendly policies ranging from a hybrid working approach, to shared parental leave arrangements, to menopause support.
We take part in the Moving Ahead Cross-Company Mentoring programme, a global initiative to both build the pipeline of women and create a step-change in the number of women able to reach senior leadership roles.
