International Women's Day (IWD) is a significant event celebrated globally on March 8th each year. It is a day to recognise and celebrate the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women worldwide, while also advocating for gender equality and women's rights.

This International Women’s Day we’re celebrating four colleagues who are creating a bigger impact through their work at Grosvenor.

Setting up our Race Equality Network was the first step in opening up conversations about race. Now we're running initiatives like #MyNameIs and co-hosting events with inspirational guests. I'm excited to see where this goes next.

Making properties and places more accessible has never been more important. Co-heading our Disability Network means I get to work with colleagues and industry partners to help make change happen faster.
