Celebrating colleagues who are creating a bigger impact through their work at Grosvenor - IWD 2024
Category: Gender (Equality & Identity)
International Women's Day (IWD) is a significant event celebrated globally on March 8th each year. It is a day to recognise and celebrate the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women worldwide, while also advocating for gender equality and women's rights.
This International Women’s Day we’re celebrating four colleagues who are creating a bigger impact through their work at Grosvenor.

Kate Nottidge, Director of Social Impact - Grosvenor Property UK
Finding a way to track community wellbeing has helped us to understand local needs like never before. It means the business can act on what people care about in our places.

Eve Bellers, Sustainability Manager - Grosvenor Property UK
I'm proud of the action we're taking to reduce our emissions. I'm even prouder of the work I'm doing with our smaller suppliers to help them reduce their own carbon footprint.

Nicole Mensah, Group Finance Manager - Grosvenor
Setting up our Race Equality Network was the first step in opening up conversations about race. Now we're running initiatives like #MyNameIs and co-hosting events with inspirational guests. I'm excited to see where this goes next.

Lilly Thompson, Investment Manager - Grosvenor Property UK
Making properties and places more accessible has never been more important. Co-heading our Disability Network means I get to work with colleagues and industry partners to help make change happen faster.
By celebrating women on International Women's Day and throughout the year, we can inspire future generations of women to pursue rewarding careers in the industry and create a more inclusive and equitable workplace for all.
