Gender Alliance Network – supporting gender Identity and equality at Sage.

At Sage we recognise that not all colleagues identify within the gender binary. We are committed to supporting women, non-binary and gender non-conforming colleagues. Our Gender Alliance @ Sage colleague success network is a safe place for our women and nonbinary colleagues to connect, share and learn.

As a member of the network, you will be able to

• Meet and share experiences with colleagues across the organisation
• Engage and learn new skills
• Help to develop our gender identity and equity strategy
• Plan events and programs to support the purpose and objective of the network to bring gender equity at the workplace.

Vicky details how her own early career experience almost came to a halt after becoming pregnant a few short weeks into her university education. But that’s just the beginning of the story.

We hear how she triumphed in the face of adversity due to her sheer doggedness in making her career happen. Not to mention how Sage empowers people from all walks of life and backgrounds into their early careers—lifting the barriers on entries into the technology sector for people who may have gone through similar experiences.

International Men’s Day 2022
