Skip to main contentThe University is working in partnership with Stonewall as one of ten key organisations to spearhead the launch of the new Trans Allies Programme. The Programme aims to empower LGB (Lesbian, Gay and Bi-sexual) and non-LGB people to be active trans allies and gives them the confidence, knowledge and skills to bring about positive change for all trans and non-binary people. One of the key learning outcomes is to establish practical ways to step up as an effective and positive trans ally and to gain an insight into the lived experiences of trans individuals in society and at work.
