Analysis of nearly 60,000 reports that took place on NHS trust mental health wards from April to June 2017 found 1,120 sexual incidents involving patients, staff, visitors and others described in 919 reports. The CQC has recently launched its report on sexual safety on mental health wards. To download it, please click here.
