Women's Network at Thales

We In Thales (WiTh) is Thales' employee network dedicated to supporting and connecting women from across Thales to share experiences, provide resources, and increase connections. With a focus on events and initiatives that are tailored to the specific needs and interests of Women in Thales, we aim to promote gender equality and create an empowered community. 

Statistics show that a diversified and inclusive workforce has a positive impact on productivity, creativity and financial performance (source). The UK network will involve all genders with our One Team, One Thales ethos that promotes solidarity and cooperation at every level. Our network is fully inclusive, and we rely upon the support of everyone to be successful.

How?

WiTh is centred around the principles of awareness, network and boost:

  • Awareness: increase visibility of Women in Thales and raise awareness of the challenges they may face, working together to overcome them. 
  • Network: provide an environment where people with shared values can communicate freely and extend their network.
  • Boost: contribute to boosting women’s careers while the supporting Group EDI objectives
