Job Title: Work Based Learning Administrator

Location: Cambridge campus

Start Date: ASAP

Proposed End Date: Friday 4th December

Hours: 30-37hrs per week

Rate of pay: £13.84ph

This role will provide support to the Work Based Learning (WBL) team, who are responsible for coordinating placements and work experience opportunities for ARU students (non-medical).

Key responsibilities will include:

• Collating and reviewing post-placement survey feedback and student testimonials.
• Creating engaging content using student testimonials to support promotional activity, encourage students to engage with the WBL team, and generate opportunities with employers.
• Reviewing and updating online content to ensure information is accurate, relevant and up to date.
• Reviewing and updating documentation and resources used by students during their placements.
• Providing administrative support to the WBL inbox, including responding to queries and signposting students where appropriate.
• Providing cover at the ARU Temps/Career Centre desk as and when required.

Requirements:

• Good organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage a range of tasks, prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage professionally with students, colleagues and employers.
• Experience working in a student-facing, customer service or administrative environment would be beneficial.
• Experience of creating content for promotional or digital communications, including using feedback or testimonials to engage an audience would be beneficial.
